1. About this policy
This policy explains how the Arma Reforger Competitive League (ARCL) handles information when you use arclhub.com, the Online Armory and connected ARCL game services.
2. Information we collect
We receive your Discord user ID and display name when you sign in. After in-game verification, we store the Bohemia identity linked to your account. We also store content and activity you choose to submit, including published loadouts, votes, reports and deployment requests.
Our web server, reverse proxy and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and requested pages in security and access logs.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, verify ownership of in-game profiles, publish and deploy loadouts, operate moderation, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and protect ARCL services.
4. Legal basis
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing the service you request, ARCL's legitimate interests in operating and securing its community services, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.
5. Sharing and service providers
ARCL does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the platform, including Discord for authentication and infrastructure or game-hosting providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and ARCL services.
6. Retention
Account and linked-identity records are kept while your account remains active or while reasonably needed to operate and secure the service. Short verification codes expire quickly and are single-use. Moderation and security records may be retained where needed to prevent repeat abuse or resolve disputes.
7. Cookies and security
The platform uses essential cookies for OAuth validation and signed login sessions. These cookies are not used for advertising. Production session cookies are Secure and HttpOnly, and traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information. Some records may be retained where ARCL has a legal or security reason to do so.
9. Children
ARCL services are not intended for anyone below the minimum age required by Discord, Arma Reforger or applicable law. A parent or guardian should contact ARCL if they believe a child has provided information improperly.
